Our practice offers a wide range of services to meet patient needs, including chronic disease management, general skin checks, minor skin cancer surgery, paediatrics, emergency medicine, pre-employment and driving medicals, family planning, antenatal care, women’s and children’s health, Indigenous care, aged care, ECG (heart checks), immunisations, occupational medicine, onsite pathology, and access to various visiting specialists. Dr. Julienne Roe
Dr Julienne Roe graduated from UWA in 1996. She obtained her Diploma in Obstetrics in 1999 and her RACGP Fellowship in 2001.
She has worked in Northam for over 20 years and enjoys the diversity of general practice and the privilege of seeing families across generations.
Her special interests include:
- Women’s health, including shared ante-natal care
- Paediatrics
- Adolescent medicine
- Mental health
Her other role is Lead Medical Coordinator with the Rural Clinical School, Northam where she leads a team educating future doctors in the Wheatbelt.

Dr. Emad Hamdan
Dr. Hamdan is a highly overseas trained specialist in critical care medicine with international credentials. He graduated from the Sohag Faculty of Medicine in Egypt and earned his Master of Science (MSc) and a fellowship in intensive care from Ain Shams University. After moving to the UK, he furthered his expertise by obtaining a European diploma in intensive care. His professional journey has taken him across several countries, including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UK, and eventually Australia. He initially settled in New South Wales, Sydney, before relocating to Geraldton and then to Perth, where he has spent the last four years working at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Royal Perth Hospital, and Fiona Stanley Hospital.
Dr. Hamdan is passionate about managing chronic diseases along with general skincare particularly skin cancer and promoting health among children and women. He advocates for a holistic approach to patient care, emphasizing the importance of addressing both physical and mental health.
Beyond his medical career, Dr. Hamdan enjoys exploring the natural beauty of Western Australia. He actively participates in local tennis leagues, which he finds to be a wonderful way to stay fit and connect with the community. Family plays a central role in his life, and he often dedicates his weekends to family activities, fostering strong values and nurturing relationships

Dr. Sarah Jane Hearne
Dr Sarah Jane Hearne completed her Bachelor of Medicine, Surgery and Obstetrics at Trinity College Dublin (Ireland) in 2018.
She relocated to Australia in 2019 and has worked in Australia for over six years across a range of hospital and clinical settings.
Dr Hearne has over three years’ experience in Emergency Medicine and has completed the ACEM Intermediate Emergency Medicine Training Program. Her clinical interests include acute medicine and paediatrics, and she is committed to providing thorough, compassionate care for individuals and families.

Dr. Thilothame Tiptur Rajashehar
Dr Thilo, is an overseas-trained specialist in Family Medicine whose professional journey has taken her across several countries, including India, the Maldives & UAE. With over 25 years of experience, she is a compassionate General Practitioner dedicated to delivering holistic, patient-centered care.
She has extensive expertise in women’s health, child health, and chronic disease management. She works closely with her patients to manage long-term conditions such as diabetes, asthma, and heart disease, creating personalized treatment plans that support improved day-to-day wellbeing and long-term health outcomes.
She provides gentle and thorough care for women at every stage of life – from cervical screening, contraception to pregnancy support and menopause management.
She also offers a safe and respectful space for mental health consultations, supporting patients experiencing anxiety, depression, and emotional stress.
Passionate about continuity of care, she values building long-term relationships with her patients to help them achieve their best possible health outcomes.

Dr. A. Austin Fagbiye
Dr. Abimbola Austin FAGBIYE is a highly experienced family physician with over 20 years of clinical practice across Nigeria and South Africa. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Benin, Nigeria, and completed his specialist training through the University of the Free State, Bloemfontein in South Africa, earning a Master of Medicine in Family Medicine (MMed FamMed) and Fellowship of the College of Family Physicians of South Africa (FCFP [SA]). Dr. Fagbiye provides comprehensive, patient-centered, and evidence-based care, with particular interests in adult health, women’s health, chronic disease management, and preventive medicine. His diverse clinical background includes experience in women’s health-focused private practice, internal medicine in KwaZulu-Natal where he gained vast knowledge of adult medicine including emergencies, and family medicine in Kimberley, where he further developed his expertise as a specialist. Fluent in English and Yoruba, Dr. Fagbiye is committed to effective communication and culturally competent care. Outside of his professional obligations, he enjoys outdoor activities such as jogging, especially along the beach, cycling, playing pool, and traveling.
Anthony Gurr
Anthony is a Physio with extensive experience in helping people with all sorts of issues including:
- Office-related ailments such as neck, arm and back pain
- Sporting injuries
- Post-surgery rehabilitation
- Headaches
- Workers’ compensation cases
- Office ergonomic assessments
Anthony genuinely sees every patient as a unique individual and uses a vast array of expertise to give you the best advice and treatment. This may include a blend of education, dry needling, massage, and perhaps most importantly prescribed exercises. Anthony enjoys triathlon, long-distance running, cycling, and soccer. He is a qualified bike fitter, running coach, and Pilates therapist. Anthony received a BSc in Human Biology and a Masters’s in Physiotherapy (GEM) from Curtin University.
